Abstract:
Abstract This study aims to analyze the impact of training on employee job satisfaction in digital marketing companies in Yogyakarta. This research employs a quantitative methodology, collecting primary data through a questionnaire from 126 Yogyakarta employees in digital marketing firms. The analysis reveals that training significantly affects job satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.014
