Abstract: Abstract With the rapid development of digital technology, big data has become an important resource in modern society. Especially in the field of government governance, digital transformation, and big data applications are playing an increasingly important role. This paper analyzes the definition and characterization of big data, explores the relationship between big data and government governance, expounds on the practical difficulties existing in the current process of digital technology-driven government governance, and further analyzes the sensible path of big data driving the digitalization of government governance, maximize the utilization of big data’s potential in government governance digitalization and further enhance the modernization level of government governance capabilities.
