Abstract:
Abstract Competitive strategy determines the path for achieving sustainable innovation. This study, from the perspective of resource allocation, empirically explores the impact of differentiation strategy on sustainable innovation. The results reveal an “inverted U-shaped” relationship between differentiation strategy and sustainable innovation, with environmental uncertainty negatively moderating this relationship. These findings provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to achieve sustainable innovation.
