Abstract:
Abstract With the vigorous development of e-commerce and the continuous transformation of physical retail, the multi-channel sales model of the coexistence of online stores and offline stores has become the choice of many enterprises. However, inventory management faces many challenges in this multi-channel environment, and the online and offline inventory sharing has emerged as an effective solution. This paper deeply explores the modes of inventory sharing between online and offline stores, analyzes the advantages it brings, and elaborates in detail the key strategies in the implementation process as well as the possible problems and corresponding measures, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for enterprises to achieve efficient inventory management and improve overall operational efficiency.
