Abstract:
Abstract As the intelligent manufacturing environment continues to develop, the collaborative optimization of system integration and industrial engineering has become key to enhancing corporate operational efficiency. This paper focuses on the integration of system integration and industrial engineering theories in intelligent manufacturing, exploring how this integration can promote management innovation and technological progress in manufacturing through the combination of advanced technologies such as information technology and artificial intelligence. In particular, under the backdrop of intelligent manufacturing, the collaborative optimization of manufacturing resources has achieved significant results in enhancing corporate competitiveness, optimizing resource allocation, and scheduling. By breaking down traditional information silos and promoting the construction and coordinated operation of production resource networks, companies can achieve more efficient resource integration and scheduling optimization. This process not only helps improve production efficiency but also provides stronger competitive advantages for companies in global competition. The paper also emphasizes that under the wave of intelligent manufacturing, the collaborative optimization of system integration and industrial engineering has become the core driving force for companies to achieve digital transformation and intelligent upgrades.
