Abstract:
Abstract This paper examines the impact of digital strategy on talent cultivation in fintech companies, taking the UK as an example. It first introduces the background of the UK’s digital strategy development. Through case analysis, it reveals how digital strategy affects fintech companies, such as driving innovation and bringing regulatory challenges. Then, research methods like thematic analysis and fsQCA are employed. Findings show digital strategy diversifies talent needs and training methods, urging fintech companies to adapt to these changes.
