A chapter in Proceedings of the 2025 International Conference on Financial Risk and Investment Management (ICFRIM 2025), 2025, pp 254-265 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In the context of global climate change, the concept of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has gradually become an essential component of corporate operations. This paper selects Sungrow as the research subject, systematically analyzing its practical measures under the guidance of the ESG concept and their impact on corporate value creation. The study finds that Sungrow has thoroughly implemented the ESG concept in three dimensions: environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and corporate governance, effectively enhancing the company’s financial performance and sustainable development capabilities. This paper not only provides a case basis for understanding the relationship between ESG practices and corporate value but also offers a reference for other companies to implement ESG strategies, enriching the theoretical framework of ESG and corporate value creation.
