Abstract: Abstract This paper looks at the investments in renewable energy by two different companies in the field of electric vehicles, BYD and Tesla. It explains how they are similar and different in their strategies. Tesla works on advanced technologies and aims to change the market, while BYD focuses on local markets and uses government support to grow. Both companies try to solve global sustainability problems, but they face different challenges because of where they operate. The paper also examines the problems these two companies face, such as changing resource availability, government rules, and market conditions. It shows how these challenges affect their efforts to use renewable energy. By looking at Tesla and BYD side by side, the study shows how their strategies shape the EV industry and help with sustainability goals. These examples show how companies can make money and still protect the environment, helping create a better future.
