Abstract: Abstract Green finance is an innovative practice and an important branch in the field of finance. It aims to promote environmental protection and sustainable development through financial instruments and market forces, and guide funds to green industries. With the work of organizations such as the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), The theory and practice of green finance have been continuously enriched and improved, the concept of sustainable development has also brought new opportunities and challenges to the financial industry. Green finance has developed to the point where it has achieved remarkable achievements in the economic and social fields, gradually becoming an important indicator for measuring corporate social responsibility. However, the traditional extensive economic development model is no longer suitable for the sustainable development of resources. Starting from the problems in the development of green finance, this article proposes reasonable and effective coping strategies based on the problems that arise at this stage for the reference of relevant personnel.
