Abstract:
Abstract With the rapid development of digital technologies, commercial banks are facing competitive pressure from fintech companies and emerging payment methods, which has driven them to undertake digital transformation in response to market changes. This essay deeply discusses the development status and future trend of digital transformation of commercial banks. This paper first analyzes the construction of digital operation system of commercial banks, including the role of digital transformation, the core components of digital operation and how to improve customer experience. Subsequently, the paper elaborated on the application of big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other technologies in banking business, as well as the profound impact of digital transformation on banking business processes, service models, risk management and other aspects. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the paper further discusses the future trends and shortcomings of the digital transformation of commercial banks. With the continuous maturity of technology and the continuous expansion of application scenarios, commercial banks will apply digital technology more deeply to optimize business processes, improve customer experience, reduce operating costs, and promote business model and product innovation. This study not only provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the digital transformation of commercial banks, but also provides useful reference for financial regulators to formulate relevant policies and promote the development of the financial industry.
