Abstract: Abstract The significance of salary supervision of central enterprises lies in ensuring that the salary system of state-owned enterprises is scientific and reasonable, effectively motivating employees’ enthusiasm and creativity, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and promoting the high-quality development. This paper combs and analyzes the situation, policy requirements and great significance of strengthening the salary supervision of central enterprises in the new period, and provides reference for the salary reform of state-owned enterprises.
