Abstract:
Abstract With the rapid development of digital technology, the financial industry is undergoing unprecedented changes. In this context, commercial banks face new risk challenges and management pressures. This study focuses on risk management strategies for commercial banks in the digital finance environment, discussing the impact of technological innovation on traditional risk management models, analyzing new types of risks emerging in the process of digital transformation, and proposing corresponding management measures. The research finds that effective risk management requires banks to establish a comprehensive risk assessment system, strengthen data security and privacy protection, optimize internal control mechanisms, cultivate professional talent, and enhance communication and cooperation with regulatory authorities. The results of this study provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for commercial banks to improve their risk management capabilities in the era of digital finance.
