Abstract: Abstract The performance of employees serves as a fundamental factor in the achievement of organizational success. Maximizing performance influences not only personal productivity but also enhances the collective efficacy of the organization. This research seeks to investigate the impact of work discipline, workload, and the work environment on employee performance at the Perumnas Public Health Center in Kendari city. The participants in this research comprised all civil servants working within this office. The analysis of data was conducted employing descriptive statistical techniques and systems of simultaneous equations. The findings suggest that work discipline exerts a positive and statistically significant influence on the performance of civil servants, explaining 26.2% of the variance observed. In a comparable manner, the work environment exerts a substantial and affirmative impact on the performance of civil servants, accounting for 43.8% of the variance observed. Conversely, the workload appears to exert minimal influence on the performance of civil servants. The results indicate that an overwhelming workload does not inherently improve performance, while a reduced workload does not automatically lead to a decline in it.
