Abstract:
Abstract This research focuses on examining how supply chain management practices and supply chain integration affect the performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I - Regional 8 Makassar. The data for this study were collected through questionnaires (primary data) from a sample of 41 active employees at the company. The analysis methods employed included descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression analysis using IBM SPSS software. The findings indicate that both supply chain management practices and supply chain integration have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I - Regional 8 Makassar. Additionally, the research demonstrates that these two variables collectively exert a positive and significant influence on the company’s performance.
