Abstract:
Abstract This article takes manufacturing enterprises as the research object and focuses on the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and intelligent manufacturing on the competitiveness of enterprises. Currently, the academic community mostly assumes a strong correlation between ESG performance and the competitiveness of enterprises, but there is a lack of in-depth verification. Through empirical analysis, this study explores how ESG performance and the level of intelligent manufacturing affect the competitiveness of enterprises and further discusses the path of their transformation into enterprise value. The study finds that companies that focus on the development of intelligent manufacturing and have good ESG performance generally have more competitive advantages. Based on this, targeted suggestions are provided for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and achieve value appreciation, helping enterprises to achieve a win-win situation of economic and social benefits in the wave of sustainable development and digital transformation.
