Abstract:
Abstract With the acceleration and vigorous development of the urbanization process of property management, the property management industry has gradually become an indispensable part of the new era and new journey. However, the training and employment of real estate management professionals are facing many challenges, one of which is the construction of internship employment base. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the current situation, challenges and countermeasures of the construction of internship employment base for property management professionals, and to provide useful references for the training and employment of property management professionals. By strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, increasing investment and paying attention to the future development trend, we can build a high-quality internship and employment base, and provide better practice opportunities, career for property management students.
