Abstract:
Abstract This research focuses on The impact of the development of Batu Night Spectacular (BNS) and Jatim Park 2 tourist attractions on the lives of the people in Oro-Oro Ombo Village, East Java.This study aims to determine the impact of the development of Batu Night Spectacular (BNS) and Jatim Park 2 tourist attractions on the lives of the people in Oro-Oro Ombo Village, to find out a picture of the life of the Oro-Oro Ombo Village after the construction of BNS and Jatim Park 2, and to know the efforts made by the Village Government to optimize and minimize positive and negative impacts. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where the data collected is in the form of words or pictures and does not emphasize numbers. The impact felt by the people of Oro-Oro Ombo Village after the construction of the BNS and Jatim Park 2 tourist attraction is a positive impact, especially from an economic perspective. The life of the people in Oro-Oro Ombo Village is also helped by the opening of jobs and other businesses. The Village Government has also prepared efforts that must be made to optimize the positive impacts and also to minimize the negative impacts.
