Abstract: Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial competence on entrepreneurial intention of Tarumanagara University students. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling, with a sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 229 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis using structural regression with the results of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial knowledge 5% significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention while entrepreneurial competence has no significant effect. To form entrepreneurial intentions, can be done through education and entrepreneurial knowledge. The results of this study can be used in entrepreneurship learning at university. This research supports a university in entrepreneurial developing program, as well as expanding awareness of the relationship between education, knowledge, and entrepreneurial competencies on entrepreneurial intentions in developing countries. Further study, combining TPB theory with EEM is needed to develop a comprehensive model on the study of entrepreneurial intention.
