A chapter in Proceedings of the 9th Global Conference on Business, Management and Entrepreneurship (GCBME 2024), 2025, pp 911-916 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Digital Organizational Culture (DOC) has been proven in several previous studies to significantly improve employee and firm performance. However, studies on digital organizational culture remain limited. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the topic through a systematic literature review to examine definitions and dimensions of DOC. The PRISMA model was implemented and applied through several stages, namely identifying keywords, screening data, and conducting a final eligibility check. The data sources (articles) were taken from ScienceDirect and Emerald, two reputable article databases, covering the period from 2014 to 2024. This study found that the definitions and dimensions of DOC remained diverse, offering scholars various alternatives for their use.
