Abstract:
Abstract With the rapid development of new energy vehicles, battery swapping as one of the ways to supplement energy for new energy vehicles has also ushered in an opportunity for development, but safety accidents occur from time to time, and the safety and standardization of the battery swap industry have been questioned, hindering the further development of the industry. This paper sorts out and summarizes the development process and current situation of the battery swap mode of new energy vehicles, summarizes and analyzes the management status and common problems in the battery swap industry, determines the management dimensions that need to be strengthened by battery swap enterprises, It lays the foundation for the follow-up research on the quality and safety management system of battery swapping of new energy vehicles in the industry.
