Abstract: Abstract Under background of China has implemented frequent industrial policy on technological companies, this paper employs DID empirical method to evaluate the policy effect. I use the daily stock market transition data, and use stock performance of relevant companies as the proxy of policy effect. I find that the industrial policy significantly increases the price of relevant companies and thus benefit those companies’ performance. My study has significant policy implication on the implementing of industrial policy.
