Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this look at is to research the impact of vacation spot photograph, service high-quality, pleasure on vacationer loyalty journeying the traveller town of Bukittinggi. This research is causal research. The population of this research is a group on domestic tourists and foreign tourists who at least have visited the City of Bukittinggi at least 2 (two) times or more. The number of samples as many as 216 tourists was obtained from multiplying 36 statement items with 6. The sampling technique was the accidental sampling method. Amassing facts using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM with SmartPLS 3.0 software program. This study found that the image of the destination had a positively and significant impact to satisfaction, the image of the destination had a positively and significant impact to tourist loyalty, quality of service had a positively and significant impact to satisfaction, quality of service had a positively and significant impact to tourist loyalty, satisfaction had a positively and significant impact to tourist loyalty, service quality had a positively and significant effect on destination images, satisfaction significantly mediates the impact of destination image on tourist loyalty, satisfaction significantly mediates the impact of service quality on tourist loyalty,destination image significantly mediates the effect of service quality on tourist loyalty.
