Abstract: Abstract This study aims to analyze “The Influence of Subjective Norms, Need For Power and Perceived Behavioral Control on Entrepreneurial Intention of students in Padang City mediated by Personal Attitude”.All students in the city of Padang, who are believed to number in the thousands, made up the population of this study. Purposive sampling was used in this study, with 234 respondents making up the sample size. SEM analysis with intelligent PLS3 is the analysis method employed. The study’s findings are: (1) Subjective norms and personal attitude have a favorable and significant relationship. (2) There is a positive and insignificant influence between the need for power and personal attitude. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between perceived behavioral control and personal attitude. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between personal attitude and entrepreneurial intention. (5) Personal attitude as a mediator between subjective norms and entrepreneurial intention has a favorable and significant impact. (6) Personal attitude has a positive but not significant mediating effect between need for power and entrepreneurial intention. (7) Personal attitude mediates a positive and significant effect between perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intention.
