Abstract: Abstract Research analyzes the influence that caused by work from home on job satisfaction by achieving an equilibrium between professional and personal life among millennial staffs of PT. Nagari Bank, West Sumatra. The research described is classified as quantitative and causal research. The population used is all millennial employees at PT. Nagari Bank, totaling 245 peoples. Researchers used the sampling technique of cluster proportional random sampling technique where the number of samples used the slovin formula, namely 155 people. Gathering information through a survey employing a set of questions.. The analysis method utilized is PLS (Partial Least Square), which is a structural equation modelling (SEM) technique, was utilized for data analysis using software SmartPLS 4. The findings from The statistical examination conducted in this study reveal that the impact of remote work on workplace fulfillment among millennial employees at PT. Nagari Bank West Sumatra is moderated by the concept of work-life balance.
