Abstract: Abstract This study examines the interaction between artificial intelligence (AI), sustainable innovation, and organizational resilience within the context of Moroccan enterprises, with a focus on the Souss Massa region. The objective is to analyze how these three dimensions interact and strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of organizations. Through an empirical approach, data were collected from companies integrating AI into their sustainable innovation and resilience strategies. The results show that AI plays a key role in optimizing decision-making and improving crisis management, thereby contributing to organizational resilience. Sustainable innovation, for its part, enables companies to anticipate environmental challenges and adopt more responsible practices. The interaction between these factors creates an ecosystem conducive to the long-term viability of organizations. This research contributes to the literature by proposing an integrative conceptual model and highlighting the challenges associated with adopting these practices. However, limitations related to sample size and regional context open the door to future research that could be extended to other sectors and conducted through longitudinal studies.
