Abstract:
Abstract With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), its role in sports events and urban brand promotion has expanded significantly. Focusing on the Xi’an Urban Marathon, this study examines how AI drives intelligent urban brand communication. Through analyzing AI applications in intelligent public opinion monitoring, personalized content delivery, and VR/AR experiences, it reveals that AI enhances communication intelligence and user engagement, effectively shaping Xi’an’s brand image. Public opinion monitoring enables real-time strategy adjustment, personalized recommendations target audiences precisely, and VR/AR technologies offer immersive experiences that boost brand recognition. The Xi’an Marathon case validates AI’s practicality and benefits. Recommendations include increased investment in AI, data integration, and performance evaluation. As AI evolves, its role in urban brand communication will deepen, making this research valuable for both theory and practice.
