Abstract: Abstract This study investigates the mechanisms through which supply chain technologies (SCTs) drive innovation in manufacturing firms, with a focus on the mediating roles of transformational leadership and entrepreneurial emphasis. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing survey data from 350 manufacturing firms in Ghana. Structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the direct and indirect relationships between SCTs, transformational leadership, entrepreneurial emphasis, and innovation.
