Abstract: Abstract Acquiring and leveraging essential entrepreneurial skills for IR4.0 empowers business owners to succeed, driving economic growth through cutting-edge technologies, adaptation to change, innovative business models, job opportunities, and enhanced global competitiveness. This study aims to requisition the entrepreneurial competencies needed to prosper in the dynamic IR4.0 environment, offering insights into core competencies for seizing opportunities, driving innovation, and achieving sustainable growth. Utilizing Constructivist Grounded Theory, in-depth semi-structured interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) were conducted with entrepreneurs and experts. Interviews will be transcribed and analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding. Findings emphasize the importance of entrepreneurial mindset, cognitive abilities, strategic skills, and resource management in navigating IR4.0. This research contributes to understanding entrepreneurial skills in the context of IR4.0, offering insights into navigating its complex landscape.
