Abstract: Abstract The work of heavy truck drivers is prone to driving fatigue which can interfere with driver performance. This study analyzes the impact of driving fatigue on the driving performance of freight forwarding drivers using variables of work schedules and work activities. This study uses the Structural Equal Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with questionnaire and observation surveys as research instruments with a total of 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that the work activity variable had a significant effect on driving performance, while the other six hypotheses, namely work schedule, work activities through the mediating variable of driving fatigue did not have a significant role on driving performance. The findings confirm the importance of the impact of work activities as an important variable that can be used to assess and improve driver’s performance in their work.
