Abstract: Abstract This study aims to assess the success and determine user perceptions of the cloud-based accounting application “Bantu UMKM” which uses a qualitative approach and conducts thematic analysis using the help of NVIVO software. Data were obtained through interviews with MSME players in Batam city who use the Bantu UMKM application. User satisfaction was assessed using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework. The results showed that users were satisfied with the ease and effectiveness of the application in managing business finances, although there were still findings of inaccuracies in report calculations and uninformative icon designs. These findings provide valuable input for application designers to make feature improvements and adjustments to the needs of MSME users. This research shows that cloud-based accounting applications have significant potential in supporting the digitalization and development of MSMEs in Indonesia.
