Abstract:
Abstract The AI phenomenon continues to evolve, demanding the support of cutting-edge technology for every business performance. This is what makes the author interested in publishing an article on AI technology and exploring the application of smart mobile applications to support business performance. Business performance is a driving factor for business productivity and competitiveness. The researcher also highlights the type of AI Speech Recognition and its case study implementation as a differentiator and uniqueness from other studies. The purpose of this study is to provide a literature review related to Elsa’s mobile business that uses AI Speech Recognition to improve its smart business performance. The research method used is a literature review and analysis of the use of the Audio Recognition system on Elsa Speak. The results obtained are innovations in Elsa’s business, namely using AI in its service features that support its smart business performance as measured by operational activities, productivity, and global competitiveness according to the analysis of application function trials and various literature theories found.
