Abstract: Abstract This chapter discusses and analyzes the characteristics of Shonindo focusing on four sections: comparative analysis of Shonindo with Bushido, behavior analysis of Japanese merchants, terakoya education in childhood and Shonindo, and comparison with Western merchant behavior.
