Chapter Chapter 35 in Public Administration and Regional Management in Russia, 2020, pp 311-319 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The chapter is devoted to the study of management features of secondary vocational education system in conditions of innovative changes. The prospects for development of a new form of educational institutions management are considered. This form results in development of “professional patriotism” in more than 70% of students and contributes to reduction of the state’s need in regular labour force. Former students seldom try to find a job in the chosen profession after receiving a diploma of professional education, because the modern education is aimed at development of professional skills without any sense of importance and love for the chosen profession.
