Abstract: Abstract The chapter deals with the study of the place and role of interfaith relations in the context of interethnic interaction of the elements of social structure in the South of Russia, as well as assessment of capabilities of implementation of foreign patterns of migration policy in Russian regions. The chapter concludes that the cultural capital of interethnic interaction has been accumulated in the south of Russia with the involvement of the ideological potential of traditional religious denominations with spiritual authority, offering the ideal of spiritual and moral education of an individual and having a centuries-old experience of peaceful coexistence of different religious cultures in the same region.
