Abstract:
Abstract This chapter surveys prosperity and transparency in Europe and the Americas and shows, roughly, that historically Protestant countries perform higher than Roman Catholic ones. Sections 4.1, 4.2, and 4.3 diagnose prosperity in Europe and the Americas based on three indicators, respectively: Corruption (CPI), Social Progress (SPI), and Competitiveness (GCI).
