Abstract: Abstract Widely understood responsible management of resources is becoming a common challenge for contemporary organisations. It is based on the inclusion of interests, expectations, needs of various groups of shareholders in conducting its principal activities. In this sense, there functions the concept of corporate social responsibility defined with the acronym CSR. A substantial part of initiatives of CSR is addressed directly to employees most often included in the group of internal stakeholders of each organisation. Their undertaking integrates with the process of human resources management and encompasses various aspects of it. At the same time, the type of activity towards employees in the field of CSR and their intensity is very diverse and depends on many conditions. Based on the analysis of experiences of Polish organisations included in social reports, it is possible to list characteristic actions taken most frequently towards employees. The purpose of the article is both to exemplify the implementation of selected CSR-related actions towards employees in a group of enterprises representing the services sector operating in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland, as well as to determine the frequency of their undertaking and to analyse the assessment of their significance from the perspective of benefits to organisations.
