Abstract: Abstract Reducing carbon emissions has been among the priorities of developed countries for the last 50 years. Developed countries have implemented important environmental policies to reduce carbon emissions and achieve sustainable growth. Along with its environmental policies, it has also given importance to green business opportunities to ensure fewer gas emissions from the sectors. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect employment policies aimed at increasing green jobs in G7 countries based on literature. As a result of our study, it was understood that the G7 countries implemented policies aimed at increasing green employment relatively indirectly.
