Abstract:
Abstract The conclusion highlights the factors now characterising the development of all kinds of organisations with which citizens interact directly or indirectly and determine an unstoppable, to some extent unpredictable process of innovation and change: the economic, social, and cultural change of our societies, the historical transition, the strategic role of research, innovation, and culture in favouring the development, and change in management and leadership to foster the social inclusive governance.
