Abstract:
Abstract In the third chapter, we delve into the development of corporate organisational models, their innovation, quality, and the focus on the customer. We consider the organisation as an interdisciplinary research field, its complexity, and the social systems theory, from the mechanical to the organic model, the total quality challenge and the learning organisation, lean organisation and enterprise community in Japan, and the challenge of total quality management.
