Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we delve into innovative leadership and organisational culture: the diversity in organisations, and the organisational culture, highlighting the role and characteristics of the successful leader able to manage the growing organisational complexity. We list the five reflexes of the leader. We describe the leadership models, the leader as a conductor, the participatory and autonomous leadership, and their tools and methods of social interaction in the workplace.
