Abstract:
Abstract This chapter analyses the Reforms of Public Administration and the new personal-oriented organisational models, highlighting the characteristics of the bureaucratic organisation and the main policies of the reform. We discuss the public administration in OECD member countries, in Europe and Italy, highlighting the globalisation, complexity, and development of the organisational culture and the new role of public management.
