Abstract:
Abstract Digital technology embeds politics by shaping social outcomes which means that AI brings forward social and political transformation. Federalism amalgamates separate states within an overarching political system in a way that permits each to uphold its own integrity. Federations gave imperative functions, embracing foreign affairs, defense, and management of the economy and taxation. The EU has developed into a unique arrangement of multilevel governance but lacks a government in the strict or conventional sense. Digitalization necessitates the transformation of EU into the United States of Europe (USE) being a single political entity in order to become a global player.
