Abstract:
Abstract This chapter introduces capital goods and housing stock into the basic search and matching model of the labour market and addresses the important and evergreen growth topic. Specifically, the effect of growth on job creation and unemployment will be analysed. This chapter also shows that the search and matching framework can easily include both the capitalization effect and the creative destruction.
