Abstract: Abstract Effective project management is essential to achieving successful outcomes in the construction industry. This chapter explores principles, methodologies, and tools that support the structured planning,execution, and control of projects across all phases - from feasibility to post-construction. It discusses the role of the project owner, risk management, procurement models, and governance practices aligned with international standards such as ISO 21502 and the PMBOK® Guide. Emphasis is placed on leadership, communication, and integration of multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of objectives, optimization of resources, and continuous improvement in project performance.
