Abstract: Abstract In the article factors influencing establishment and development of a company are examined. Legal form and economic content of responsibility processes are discussed. In the article there is an analysis of works in economic and legal sphere from the perspective of responsibility determination. The author focuses on differentiation of legal capacity in the market relations and market of components comprising organizational unity of the company with regard to responsibility.
