Abstract: Abstract The paper presents the research results of the analysis sustainable development of industrial enterprises under the conditions of clustering. Research of sustainable development of industrial enterprises has shown that under the conditions of macroeconomic instability it’s extremely important to focus on using modern instruments of cluster integration and that the problem of sustainable development analysis became fully clear at the same time. It isn’t enough to use economic indicators for objective estimates of enterprise’s sustainable development. The authors’ hypothesis is that providing sustainable development of the enterprise finds reflection in the achievement of the strategic objectives for the main areas (economic, financial, innovative, social, and ecological activities), which form a system of indicators (under the conditions of clustering), on the basis of which the integrated indicator reflecting achievement of key indicators target values (taking into account their importance) is defined, and degree of industrial enterprise sustainable development under the modern conditions is identified.
