Abstract: Abstract Foreign and Russian scientists use similar terms for building the concepts of innovational development. At that, social conditions of their application differ. This causes necessity for study of texts on innovational development as varieties of discourse. Methodology of structural and functional discourse analysis is aimed at studying the functions of communication. Peculiarities of their realization consist in the fact that they not only represent social phenomena. Discourse forms connections between texts which influence social reality. The object of the research is intertext which characterizes communicative interconnection between texts. The purpose of the research consists in analysis of structural and functional connections of the discourse of innovational development. The article provides description of a network model of intertextual discourse of innovational development.
