Abstract:
Abstract This section provides an aggregated overview of the results of the main hypotheses. Below is a brief overview. This is followed by a detailed discussion of the findings and an analysis of how these findings relate to other studies. Table 7.1 shows the empirical results of the hypotheses with respect to the main objectives of this contribution across the eight regions of the analysis.
