Abstract: Abstract After the institutional theory of digital economics has been explored, the topic related to monetary theory is once again discussed. Although the monetary theoretical ideas of digital economics have been initially introduced previously, and the basic ideas of traditional monetary theory and the monetary theory of Austrian economics have been sorted out, the in-depth study of monetary theory needs to be continued for three reasons.
