Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we will have a discussion on the historical relationship between the digital economy and the innovation. In fact, we have been keen to the discussion on the digital economy since it represents the important achievements in the revolution and innovation of information technology represented by the computer, the Internet, and the Artificial Intelligence in the past 70 years. The information revolution has been in so fast a pace that it has produced great influence on human society and the economy.
